Altadena Forever Run
The Altadena Forever Run is a community tribute and symbol of renewal one year after the Eaton Fire, bringing runners together through the restored foothills to raise funds and hope for fire survivors and local support organizations.

Corpus Christi Church Gathering
12pm, Gathering of Corpus Parishioners and Friends on the Corpus Christi School Steps in the Palisades to Commemorate the Devastating Palisades Fire and the Loss of our Church and Palisades Community.
7pm, Mass of Remembrance and Reflection at St. Monica Parish. Fr. Kidney will be the presider. All are invited.

One year after the wildfires that reshaped Los Angeles, this Ashes to Films Wildfire Summit convenes the people who shape what happens next: city leaders, activists, first responders, entertainment industry professionals, and philanthropic partners.

One year after the Eaton Fire, survivors will present the current state of recovery and the realities families are facing as housing support runs out and rebuilding remains stalled.
SGV Habitat Volunteer Day 1
The San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity is officially in the rebuilding phase in Altadena. This project includes rebuilding a home for a long-time Altadena homeowner whose property was impacted by the recent fires.
2026 Small Business Pop-Up Fair: Recovering Together
One year after the January 2025 wildfires, as the community continues to come together to recover, rebuild, and support Altadena’s small businesses. The Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) invites small business owners, entrepreneurs, workers, and residents to attend Recovering Together, a free, recovery-focused community pop-up fair and marketplace in Altadena and surrounding areas.

Peaceful Impressions is a free, drop-in art workshop designed to support community healing through creative expression. This welcoming space is intended for those impacted by the Palisades fires and is open to all ages and skill levels.

Join Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, the City of Malibu, + Pepperdine for an afternoon in community together with food, art and reflection to commemorate 1 Year since the Palisades Fire.
LA Wildfires, One Year Later: Remembering What Was Lost and Celebrating Community Resilience
The USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership and Policy (CCLP) invites the participants of its Wildfire Youth Media Initiative and affected community members to share their memories and hopes for the future of the Palisades and Altadena.
31st Annual Meeting of the Jewish Federation of the Greater San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys
The Jewish Federation will be marking the 1-year anniversary since the Eaton and Palisades Fire and providing an overview of the work it did to support community members who were adversely affected. Plus, its Officers and Board of Governors will be installed and its two annual scholarships will be awarded.

Altadena to the Palisades II: 2026
Silver Lake Track Club’s second annual Altadena to the Palisades is a 50k run/bike fundraiser to support ongoing wildfire relief and rebuilding efforts in Altadena and the Palisades, with 100% of proceeds donated to local nonprofits.
